So why would I write a blog about what I do at work? Yes, while I do realize this could raise some eyebrows from some of the brass at work, I do think that sharing my.... experiences at my job while lighten some people's moods and at the very least let me vent.
So what is it that I do? I work technical support for an internet company. I don't feel names of where I work or the wonderful customers I work with are important. What is important is the stories! I am not here to shame anyone or make anyone feel dumb or ignorant. We all have our moments in various things. These stories will be about those that have their moments dealing with computers and their internet.
